- Meeting called to order at 7:35pm
- Agenda approved by Gary Baba
- Adoption of minutes from September 2009 general meeting
- Motion to approve budget by Todd Marien, Seconded by Sherralee, CARRIED
Other Business
- Terry has signs for advertising.
- Fall supper turn out was low. Consider changing supper date to later in the fall.
Community Consultant’s Report
- Received program info, as per report.
- Volunteer info and training sessions, per consultants report.
- Next meeting consider applying for grants.
- Announcements of upcoming community events in next newsletter.
- Todd requires contact for the Lakewood Football Program.
Finance Report – Todd Marien
- As per financial report October 2009
- Outstanding cheque for school for the sign
- Fall supper had a loss of $390.00
- 70 memberships in total.
- Volleyball – 10 registered possibly 18, Gym – cancelled, Tai Chai – cancelled, Football – cancelled, Basketball – 39 registered, KinderSoccer – 14 registered, Soccer U6 – 10 registered, Soccer U8 – 9 registered, Soccer U10 – 15 registered, Aerobic – cancelled, Tennis – cancelled, Family Swim – 1 registered, Yoga – 9 registered, Floor Hockey – 4 registered.
- Registration night was too late. As a result turn out was low.
Indoor Activities Coordinator
- Sent in program schedule to city for Winter 2009/10
Communications – Sherralee Hanson
- Photos of the fall supper going on website.
- Website tech on going.
- Little interest in the indoor coordinator position.
- No advertising on website.
Membership Co-ordinator
- no report
Soccer – Terry Fusco
- Kindersoccer ready to go.
- One team for each indoor soccer league. Had to cancel one Under 8 as there was not enough interest.
- Costs have been covered for the season.
- Fees for tournaments are $420.00 and are due in January 2010.
Basketball -

Softball –
- No report
Social – Gary Baba
- Gary will not attend next meeting.
- Jerrett to check date for next meeting in November.
Rink – Jorgen Lorenzen
- Lights are functioning. $275.00 to fix.
- Lights being purchased for outside of shack.
- Rink board are fix.
- Interested individual for rink supervisor. No interest in flooding.
- Expenses for lights and others to be coming from others.

- Campus advertising for indoor coordinator still available.
- Grant application ready for next month.
- Possible golf program at Wildwood Golf Course.
