- Meeting called to order at 7:35pm

- Agenda approved by Chantelle Diakuw

- Adoption of minutes from October 2009 general meeting

Community Consultant’s Report – Henry Dutka

- Report as attached.

- Open House for Boychuk Drive twinning and sound attenuation project on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

- Gary and Todd to confirm if either are applying for grants for fall events.

Finance Report – Todd Marien

Indoor Activities Coordinator

- January 7, 2010 should be booked at Bishop Pocock School(Band Room) for the winter program registration night. Henry to confirm that the date can be change in the upcoming leisure guide.

Communications – Sherralee Hanson

Membership Co-ordinator

Rink – Jorgen Lorenzen

- Rink supervisor and a rink flooder have been hired.

- Bishop Pocock janitor has said he will clean rink when available.

- Possible purchase of new nets. New flooding hoses have been acquired.

Secretary – Jerrett Bergovich

- General meeting and social will be booked for December 14, 2009 at Bishop Pocock School. Jerrett will confirm with the board.
